Deepak Kumar Chattopadhyay was working in the Army Education Department for a long time. He actively participated in the Indo-Pak War (1965) and the Bangladesh War of Independence (1971). Inspired by his wife Kaveri Chattopadhyay’s original autobiography ‘Peeping Through My Window’, he translated this book into Bengali.
